Research of the oxidation process of N-Butane waste of “Sho’rtangazkimyo” LLC in heterogeneous catalysts

In the article, n-butane, which is a waste of “Shortangazkimyo” LLC, has porosity 33% obtained by reaction with potassium permanganate solution in aqueous solutions at temperatures above 100 ℃ and pressures 1 atmosphere. presence catalyst containing xTiO 2 •(1-x)SiO2 (x=0.0001-0.04), influence concentration, ratio n-butane to permanganate, solvent, temperature, pH other factors on rate oxidation was studied. The best solvent for butane ethyl alcohol, it provides maximum selectivity formation butanone-2 stable under oxidative conditions. Increasing from 2:1 6:1 increases yield 28 44% 50.7% 63%. It found that productivity (17%) (20%) decreased product solution=1:2, related two-phase system. As temperature 50 90 ℃, 13.4 % 30.5 conversion 37 97 %. dependence unusual 70 (54.15%). Thus, conducted research allows us conclude optimal conditions synthesis are: - ℃; Catalyst concentration (x=0.0001-0.04) atmosphere 38.99 g/l; molar nbutane, "Sho’rtangazkimyo" LLC: 3:1; pH=7.
